About ysigh
Why “sigh”?
A sigh is the body's own reset. Two breaths in, one long breath out — and for a moment, the pressure eases. ysigh exists to offer that moment, and to point clearly toward the help that lasts.
Who makes ysigh
ysigh is created by Clay Lee, who is studying psychology and has spent fifteen years caring for older adults. That experience shaped two things you'll find here: an equal focus on later life and on the families who care, and a respect for practices like tai chi and qigong that many older adults already love.
ysigh is for education only. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional. Content is based on published research and public-health sources, listed on every page. See how we rate evidence.
Privacy, in plain words
- No accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking cookies.

- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them. Our servers keep standard, short-lived web logs for security.
- Voice guidance uses your device's built-in speech. Nothing is recorded.
